Welcome! My name is Marsiol Randle and I own Tortoise & Hare Creations, the parent company of NH Professional Home Organizing and NH Professional Staging.

From an early age, my parents stressed the importance of hard work, ethics, compassion, humility and giving back to your community; their teachings helped me have a successful career in retail fashion.  I excelled through styling, merchandising, management, customer service and organizing.  Later, when I went into non-profit and charitable work I was able to continue using and developing my leadership skills at a local and state level. During that special time, advocating for Texas kids and meeting so many people fighting for our Texas youth was lifechanging to me, confirming that community is everything. 

When deciding to start these businesses my goals were to do something with sincere passion and always remember what my parents instilled in me. I hope you will see this in my work and also in our Giving Back to our Community program.
